Stephens Landing

Stephens Landing is a planned neotraditional neighborhood development, established in 2003, in historic Stephens City, Virginia. The Town of Stephens City is a small town in the northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Stephens City was founded October 12, 1758 and is the second oldest town in the Shenandoah Valley. 

 

Stephens City is remarkable because it has retained its small-town character over two centuries of development and change. Development and growth in Stephens City has been small-scaled and well-managed. As a result, the town has a very high degree of historical integrity that will continue to be featured through renewal and revitalization.

 

It's a brief walk from the Stephens Landing community to downtown Stephens City. The Stephens Landing Homeowners Association embraces our history and the future of our community-at-large.
