West Haven is on the National Historic Register Circa 1928. A lovely old neighborhood with losts of history, charm and lush folliage. Community Watch was established in 2009 due to record number of home breaks ins. To date, we have been successful in working with the Rocky Mount Police Department in decreasing our crime by 42%.
